The text is strong, straightforward, and accurate, though I personally prefer a bit more emotional zing in a biography. It was an average book as far as writing and interest in the story goes. For readers disappointed by this book: Read something, anything, by Bill Bryson Bill Bryson, especially A Walk In The Woods and English and How It Got That Way. This gorgeous picture book is a poetic meditation on twilight. Shigeta patiently applies his medical skills to help the victims. English need to update it. Such a good book with the subtle teaching of what is normal. It overcomes the shortcomings inherent in martial art instruction manuals by focusing not on technique, but on the strategy and philosophy of movement behind the technique. This book is one that works primarily on you, it is not a fix for your opponents. It has an accessible, almost conversational style.
