I HIGHLY recommend this masterpiece of a novel to everyone - but with the urging that YOU read SOUL IDENTITY first. Great retelling of the impact of Southern University students on the Civil Rights Movement. Overall, it was an okay read, but DEFINETLY could have been better, since he does have the ability to write a decent book. The second half was a tiny bit better but still incredibly slow.
