I got this book for my wife. Love this story, and the pictures are beautiful. "The good Duke of Vienna, Vincentio, is concerned with the morals of his city. Why did she buy him instead of all the other toys. It shows that when companies focus exclusively on linear processes it's almost impossible to create a sustainable competitive advantage since these are easily observable and replicated by a competitor. Of course, nothing turns out to be routine.
